We can’t wait to see you for the 7^th annual EPIC (Empowering Patients for Individualized Care) Conference. EPIC is presented by the Children’s Diabetes Foundation and the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes, offers an opportunity to learn about caring for type 1 and type 2 diabetes in a comfortable, understanding, and positive environment. This year, EPIC will feature a new format that prioritizes community connections. While diabetes specialists will still be stationed in each room to provide brief presentations, our guests will have the chance to connect with healthcare professionals and diabetes peers to get their questions answered and form meaningful relationships.
